Today I woke up quite early and had enough time in the morning to prepare healthy yet insanely delicious breakfast. The fruit boots my energy and the oats together with the banana give the feeling of being full for the next few hours.
Ingredients:
1/2 chopped pear
1/2 chopped apple
1/2 chopped persimmon
1 chopped banana
1/2 chopped orange
A handful of raisins
A handful of oats
Combine together and enjoy!
